Thompson Developments has been trading since 1998 and to date has undertaken a huge variety of construction projects including multi unit townhouse schemes, apartment developments and individually designed country homes of distinction. Although the company has its roots in Magheralin, Co. Armagh, we are building and developing homes across the whole of Northern Ireland.

The Team

Mr Sam Thompson

As founder and owner of the Company Mr Thompson has a hands on management role and is actively in control of each development from the purchase of the site, through the planning and design stages, monitoring of construction and eventual sale. He has built up considerable experience in construction over the years and has surrounded himself with a team of architects, planning consultants and advisors of the highest calibre.

John is responsible for all operational matters, from initial specification and pricing, through day to day management of the construction function, to verification of the work performed, and settlement of invoices. John works closely with professional advisors, outsourced contractors, and funders to ensure a seamless product offering to our internal and external customers. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Builders, John has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, and has played key roles on high profile capital projects throughout the British Isles.

Ingrid looks after all aspects of the sales process and should be the first point of contact for anyone considering the purchase of a Thompson Home. Coming from a sales background, and with several years experience gained with local estate agents, Ingrid will have played a key role in the presentation of our sales offering, from the choice of specification, to production of the brochure , through to the furnishing of our show homes and the web site presence. With a keen appreciation of what matters to today’s demanding home owner, Ingrid will be happy to personally guide you through the sales process to ensure that your choice will be the home of your dreams.

Paul deals with all matters financial, including accounting and treasury. A law graduate and Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, with more than 25 years experience gained in large multi disciplinary professional practices, Paul also acts as Company Secretary and handles our legal affairs.
