The award was presented to
Managing Director Sam Thompson and Thompson Developments
Quantity Surveyor John Watson at the CRL awards dinner held
recently in the Hilton Templepatrick Hotel & Country Club. The
company was also awarded bronze in the same category for its
stunning residence at Annaghbane Road, Loughbrickland.

Thompson Developments has secured the purchase of the former UDR
base on the Killymeal Road, Dungannon and are currently devising a
concept scheme together with our expert team of architects and
planning consultants.
- Quillyburn Business Park, Banbridge Road, Dromore, Co. Down.
Thompson Developments has secured a prime tenant for its
Quillyburn Business Park in the form of JP Corry, with the recent
opening of a new builders’ supply depot at the Banbridge Road
site. Our team of architects is currently putting the finishing
touches to plans for the next phase of warehousing and business
units.

Thompson Developments has once again been recognised for its
outstanding commitment to excellence, winning two awards for
Innovation at the 2007 CRL awards dinner, held recently in the
Hilton Templepatrick Hotel & Country Club. The company won the Gold
award for Innovation for the magnificent
Foxleigh Hall,
Dromore, and was awarded Bronze in the same category for its
striking residence at Annaghbane Road, Loughbrickland.

CRL – Construction Register Ltd – are an alternative to NHBC
offering a 10 year latent defect guarantee in new homes. Thompson
Developments Ltd and all its associated companies are CRL accredited
as builders and / or developers. We only use CRL registered builders
in the construction of our homes.
Thompson Developments has recently received two CRL awards. The
first, in 2005, was an award for technical excellence in the “New
Build Category” for the building of a large country home,
“The Lodge”, Mullaghfernaghan Road, Dromore, Co. Down. The
second award, in 2006, was a nominee medal for technical excellence
in the “Small Site Category” for the
"Quillyburn Lane” development, “Banbridge Road, Dromore, Co. Down”
